Iron Sport Now Offers Boxing

The demand for a heavy bag has been met. Our heavy bag area is now up and running. We may add to it in the near future so stay tuned. We will also be selling bag gloves to members that need them. Pardon the ghetto floor situation in there, that will be done soon too.

Two Iron Sport Lifters Qualify For The Arnold Sports Fest
Look on stage and you will see a couple of guys wearing the Iron Sport colors at the USAPL powerlifting meet at the 2009 Arnold Sports Fest in Columbus OH. Longtime Iron Sport lifters Jeff Fiss- superheavyweight and Mike Barcelone-220lbs were selected out of thousands of lifters to participate.
